Waltuc

For ISOs and brokers

Submit direct.

Independent sales organizations and brokers submit files by email. Submissions reach the credit team rather than a queue. We work the file with the submitting party rather than around them, and we do not shop files elsewhere.

Submissions

contact@waltuc.com

Owners and brokers use the same desk. Say in the subject line that the file is a broker submission.

How it works

Four steps, one desk.

Timing at each stage depends on the file and on how complete the package is when it arrives.

01

Send the file

Email the package to the desk. There is no portal to maintain and no intake form to fill in. One email with the business, the request, the financials, the obligations, and the collateral is enough to start.

02

We read it

The file goes to the credit team rather than into a queue. The person who reads it is the person who will ask the follow-up questions and, if it funds, hold the facility through the term.

03

We come back with questions

Those questions are the underwriting: what the revenue does across the year, what sits ahead of us, what the assets are worth, what the proceeds are for. Files outside our parameters are declined plainly, with the reason.

04

Structure and documentation

If the file fits, the conversation moves to product, security, amortization, and reporting. Terms are confirmed in writing before anything is signed, and the security package is documented before anything funds.

What we buy

The box, stated.

Inside these parameters, send it. Outside them, we will say so rather than sit on the file.

Deal size
$200,000 to $10,000,000
Term
Out to 18 months
Geography
United States
Borrower
Operating businesses. Commercial purpose only.
Products
Unsecured, secured, asset-based, and structured facilities
Collateral
Receivables, inventory, equipment, rolling stock, owned property — or none, where cash flow carries it
Position
First lien, or junior secured behind a senior lender
Situations
Seasonality, customer concentration, existing positions, acquisitions, buyouts, and transitions

Product detail sits on the products page: Unsecured, Secured, Asset-based, Structured.

Submission package

A complete file.

Send the whole file rather than a summary. A complete package gets a real read; a thin one gets questions before anything else can happen.

The business
Legal name, entity type, state of formation, industry, ownership, and how long it has operated.
The request
Amount sought, use of proceeds, and the structure the owner has in mind if there is one.
The financials
Recent business bank statements, most recent financial statements, and the last filed business tax return.
The obligations
Existing debt schedule, liens of record, and any position that would sit ahead of ours.
The collateral
Asset detail where the request is secured or asset-based: equipment schedules, receivable aging, inventory reports.

Asset-based requests need collateral detail from the start — receivable aging with customer names, inventory reports, equipment schedules. Without them the borrowing base cannot be sized. Send what exists; a missing document is a question to work through, not a reason to hold the file back.

Commission

How brokers are paid.

Structure
How commission is calculated, and on what base.
Payout
When commission is paid and how it is remitted.
Renewals
Treatment of renewals, refinancings, and repeat files from the same relationship.
Agreement
Terms are set in a written broker agreement executed before the first funded file.

Files are worked with the submitting party. Contact with the borrower runs through the relationship that brought the file, and we do not shop submissions to other lenders.
